The Cardinals and Tigers have also been linked to the Arizona right-hander in the past week. Haren, 29, has fanned a National League-leading 141 batters this season in 141 innings and is under contract through 2012 with a club option for 2013. He'd be an asset to any pitching staff for the next few years, but the D'Backs are asking for a pretty serious return of prospects.
