Moyer will be placed on the disabled list Saturday and could be done for the season, if not forever. The 47-year-old left-hander suffered the injury while pitching against the Cardinals on Tuesday. He had turned in a 9-9 record, a 4.84 ERA and a 1.10 WHIP over 19 starts this season.

i still think Philly got more out of him this year than they really expected...9-9 at his age, is pretty impressive actually
