Cards v. Cubs Weather

It's going to be really hot and humid with wind blowing out right at 13-14 mph.

I'm tempted to go with the over, but 11.5 sure is a high number.

Any thoughts?

It is miserably humid and uncomfortable here today and I have bleacher seats and considering not going. I have seen higher totals though and Suppan and Wells haven't been making it look too easy this year. I see a 7-6 Cub W

Played over 12.5+135. This should hit pretty easily. Wells has pitched pretty decent lately, Suppan on the other hand...

Good call CP.

I played over 11 (at opener), over 12.5 +135 (always play the highest total at + odds today at WF), and Cubs TT over 5.5.

FW - I hear ya...Vegas knows what they're doing.

CP and Footdoc - I went last Friday, sat in the bleachers and thought I was gonna die. Cold Bud Light is the only way I made it through, with breaks in the shade.

I think I'll play a little on the over as well as overs on both team totals.

Don't always assume they know how to set that WF line when you have wind like today. My rule, if its 10+ --Over or pass.

Yeah, that's what I meant i.e. high line at Wrigley should expect a high score, and a really low line at Wrigley should expect a really low score. It's such a small field and the wind makes one hell of a difference

I hear ya...I went Fathers Day...and the Fouth of July...If it wasn't for the BECKS BEER and shade....not sure I would have made it...

On a side to those 2 games...The Cubs got out scored 24-3 (i believe) Lily pitched both game..ugh..##)##)...but the over covered... :103631605

I've been to 7 Cubs games in the past two years and once this season, and the Cubs have won every time...I'm going tomorrow so we shall see if the streak continues
