We doubt anything will come of this, but the Rays do have pieces to offer in either Wade Davis or Jeremy Hellickson, elite outfield prospect Desmond Jennings and infielder Reid Brignac. Really, though, it'd be very dangerous to part with so much young talent when they have to worry about keeping or replacing Carl Crawford this winter.

I wouldn't want Greinke on my team.....unless he is switching leagues then I'll take him for 1 year then trade him.....he does not impress me anymore

I disagree about Soriano, i like having him....i know he got a huge contract, but i like the guy...he is a defensive liability at times, but when hot, there is no hitter i'd rather have.....guy is superstrong........Zambo just needs to get his head right, and fukodome is a decent role player, and plays the game the right way, but he not a star....

Cubs are porbably not gonna do it this year, i know that, but i hope they can at least make a mini run at it....a sweep this weekend would go a long way to helping....they looked good today

Soriano is Jekyll and Hyde it seems like, he is either horrible or one of the best, very streaky

Soriano at 18 mil a year is a huge albatross of a contract..not close to the player he once was..yes Fuko is a decent role player but role players shouldn't make 10 mil a year..as for Zambrano, he has gone the way of my boy Peavy, not the pitcher he once was and Z is a cancer in the clubhouse..once 2 of these 3 are off the payroll, the Cubs will be in a MUCH better spot
