A nightmare season just keeps getting worse. Bay suffered the concussion while running face-first into the left field wall while making a catch against the Dodgers last Friday night, but didn't begin feeling the symptoms until being on the plane Sunday. He will be observed over next 48 to 72 hours, so look for Angel Pagan and Jeff Francoeur to start regularly until he is ready to go. Don't rule out a DL-stint.
