Going for the sweep is very risky. Saunders is making his first appearance with the D Backs and Phillie coming off of a big win with their ace on the mound. Add in all the injuries and runs the Phils have been scoring and Kendrick on the mound =Uber Risk. I would stay away or make a small play on the D Backs...
Over maybe if u like it- I don't... But people who don't know the phillies tendencies always getbfrusttated when they face a lefty in what looks like an easy matchup...
Over the last 3-4 years it's feast or famine with them against lefties- and tough to get a read on how they'll do
Then u have to add in the fact that without utley it's not the same lineup- not just cause of his absence- but how a lefty in the 3 hole sets up Howard and whoever hits 5 th... Likely werth
I'd like to think they actually hit lefties better without utley- and people will argue with rollins and victorino being switch hitters it's like u get more righty bats... But both those guys seem to do better hitting left handed- which they won't va saunders
