Jayson Stark of ESPN.com says Roy Oswalt plans to OK a deal that will send him to the Phillies, who will send JA Happ and two prospects to the Astros.
In addition, “The Astros will pay $11 million of the approximately $23 million Oswalt has guaranteed through 2011,” says Stark.
