I've heard the drops still cause you to be hungry. Did you find this to be true? Where did you order the drops from? 35 lbs in 30 days is pretty impressive. The people i've known that did the shots had about the same results.

Bingo. No junk food, healthy diet and one hour of cardio a day. Last November I weighed 240 lbs. Today I weigh 175 and am in the best shape of my life at 50. I also do weight training 3 times a week. Is it easy, hell no. Do I feel awesome, hell yes. Lifestyle change!!
just curious how many of the ones posted against eating 500 calories a day on this plan have actually read the plan. there is a reason for 500 calories a day. i am tired of people who have no idea about this plan just post what is common sense about starving yourself but on this plan there is a reason for it.
