for weight loss? everyone Ive talked to thats tried it says its great...but a 500 cal a day diet to accompany it seems extreme...

Yes...Lost 35# in 30 days and have kept it off for over 90 days...the first 2 days were hard...I did the drops not the shots, and it was not hard at all after the first 2 days..It has made me change my eating habits and had made me more aware of my weight..The whole key is getting on the scale everyday...any questions PM me.

500 calories a day is dangerous and will only coax your body into storing calories when it does get them. In other words, you'll gain weight more easily once you begin to increase your caloric intake.

Straight-up healthy eating and moderate exercise is all you need. Say no to junk food and yes to a one-hour walk every day.

500cal is down right crazy i agree ..very dangerous ... the key SMALL portions of food we are trained to clean out plate.. eat on a very small plate ( eat your food on a saucer not a dinner plate) exercise 4-5 times a wee 45 mins a day ... fad diets not needed

500 Calories would be unhealthy, your body wouldn't have enough energy. Just cut out fats, and eat lots of protein. The best diet, is one that you wouldn't call a diet at all. Eat healthy, and eat many small meals. Going on a diet doesn't mean only eating twice a day.
Ex: Breakfast: turkey bacon, banana, and english muffin.
Snack: Yogurt, granola bar
Lunch: Turkey sandwich, carrot sticks, caramel rice cakes
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, wild rice, salad
Snack: Granola bar, yogurt.

G money i've heard the drops dont work like the shots. They are homeopathic drops. I've read mixed reviews on the drops but I know for a fact the shots work.

I know people who have used both, and they say the shots do work better...I lost 35# in 30 days so they worked for me, but everyone is different for sure.

I've heard the drops still cause you to be hungry. Did you find this to be true? Where did you order the drops from? 35 lbs in 30 days is pretty impressive. The people i've known that did the shots had about the same results.

Bingo. No junk food, healthy diet and one hour of cardio a day. Last November I weighed 240 lbs. Today I weigh 175 and am in the best shape of my life at 50. I also do weight training 3 times a week. Is it easy, hell no. Do I feel awesome, hell yes. Lifestyle change!!

right there with you harrington will be 40 next january...Changed my diet in april cut way back on the booze and no junk food got a calorie counter. Was 195 down to 160 been in the gym almost 2 months doing spinning classes 4 days a week and weight training feel like im 20 again. Screw the shortcuts it's all about lifestyle change.

just curious how many of the ones posted against eating 500 calories a day on this plan have actually read the plan. there is a reason for 500 calories a day. i am tired of people who have no idea about this plan just post what is common sense about starving yourself but on this plan there is a reason for it.

The plan resets your metabolism, all those who say it is bad for you..I can only say that I know 20 people who have done it, both with either drops or shots...all have lost a minium of 25 to as much as 40 pounds in the 30 day span...and some did it over 2 years ago, and have kept the weight off. So good or bad I do not know but I do know from experiance that it makes you take notice of your weight on a daily basis and for me it has helped me maintain and eat healthier

It's fine to eat 500 cals a day if your taking hcg. HCG is a female pregnancy hormone which causes you to burn fat for food so your not hungry when your doing the HCG. It makes sense and it works I've seen it first hand. I just haven't been able to get it so I joined the gym and now I don't need it.
