Padres Acquire OF Ryan Ludwick From Cardinals

The Padres will be sending two prospects to the Indians in the deal, one of which that's expected to be right-hander Corey Kluber. The Indians are sending Jake Westbrook to St. Louis. It had been reported that St. Louis would also receive a prospect, but that might not be the case.

yeh...except denorfia and cunningham been producing nicely under the radar...the higher profile guys will come in with their names, and career stats, but meanwhile all theyve done with the of in place is win

they sent cunningham down....venable is just as good as ludwick...just doesnt have the career numbers

kind of surprising to me that st. louis would let him go, they got some averages, but dont score much, and Ludwick outside of Pujols was the only guy youd want up there in the clutch.
