It runs fine on my mac. I can't get it to run on my pc. When I open the downloaded file it asks what program should open it. I've tried IE and FFox with no luck. Java is on. I guess I'll play with it some more or call them. For now it works on the mac, but my 30 inch screens are on the PC.

Doesn't sound like your Java is up to Date... ( possible ?? ) or a program is Blocking it
I believe that the Non-Pro is about 2 minute delay, where the Pro is about 3-10 seconds
I could be wrong about the times, but I think I'm pretty close.
I have been using Sportsoptions from Day One, as I was a Long time user of DB
But why pay $600 a month, when I can get SO for Half that !

When you are asked what program you want to use to open (or run) the program with, you want to choose Java Web Start. If you don't see that in the list, you probably need to to go to www.Java.com and get the latest Java files.
