Man...I never post because I'm not a great handicapper. I'll tell you that up front. I think you might actually have a slim shot at those first 4 teams although KC I'd be scared of. Did you research those picks much?
OAKLAND is 12-8 (+3.4 Units) against KANSAS CITY over the last 3 seasons 13 of 20 games in this series have gone OVER THE TOTAL over the last 3 seasons . (Over=+5.7 Units)Games this seasonOAKLAND is 3-0 (+3.5 Units) against KANSAS CITY this season 2 of 3 games in this series have gone OVER THE TOTAL this season . (Over=+0.9 Units)
BRIAN BANNISTER vs. OAKLAND since 1997BANNISTER is 1-5 when starting against OAKLAND with an ERA of 5.29 and a WHIP of 1.541.His team's record is 3-6 (-3.2 units) in these starts. The UNDER is 1-7. (-6.9 units)
REVOR CAHILL vs. KANSAS CITY since 1997CAHILL is 2-0 when starting against KANSAS CITY with an ERA of 5.09 and a WHIP of 1.471.His team's record is 3-0 (+3.0 units) in these starts. The OVER is 3-0. (+3.0 units)
KC sure doesn't look too good. There is just too much statistically to go into on a forum like this but KC is giving up about 7 runs a game since the break and Oakland is averaging more like 4. Bannister's away ERA this season is over 7 and Cahill's at home is 2.19.
Of course they don't play the games on paper so anything could happen but if I had to pick games to play tonight I'd play them in this order:
Oakland
Atlanta
then small (maybe a quarter unit) on
Cincinnati
Washington
Milwaukee
Sounds like you need some luck...Boston is in a better situational spot than Cleveland tonight but Carmona has the better stats and Cleveland as a team has the better stats since the break. Man...I wish you all the luck and will keep fingers crossed that you don't bite the whole $500.00
Again, I'm not all that great but thought I'd post an opinion. Will be thinking about you that you'll make out alright.
