Any Rx members in the KansasCity MO area?

Any advice on attending games at Kauffman Stadium? It appears that pretty much any seat would be decent and of course prices aren't too tough.

I'm going to see NYY/KC on Friday, Aug 13 and will be buying tickets online later this week

(So I don't have to stand "on line" when I get there, BAS)

barman i have been to a dozen or so royals games (havent been since the renovated). games are always nice there, not a real bad seat in the house, but you can get some really quality seats for cheap, like $30 or less. The royals do upcharge for the yankees series, think its an extra $4 or $5 a ticket (do the same with cards and redsox if memory serves). my parents will be going to the thursday or friday game while visiting my brother out there. You use to be able to bring your own food into the stadium, so we would always grab like a couple burgers at wendys or something if we didnt want to pay the higher stadium prices. I also believe you can bring in your own water if you want.

ya tickets will be marked up a bit but still very reasonable (hey, it is still the royals). nice stadium, and perhaps best thing of all is parking is usually not much of a problem at all.

Tickets available at Royals.com right now. Can pretty much pick your seats. I think i'd go with the outfield ones in left center for 30 bucks. Really sweet ballpark in KC.

right on....I'm likely buying this Friday or Saturday. I think since my mom will be with me, I'm going to look to get behind the plate, between dugouts somewhere so she's got a better ability to follow.

Anyone been in upper deck behind plate? It's pretty good here at the Trop, but in some yards it's too steep and off the field.
