BB,

You're probably better off renting from Hertz than Enterprise.

IBM uses more "rental days" than any other firm / company out there, so they have the best corporate discount you can find.

The IBM corporate code at Hertz is 40000. With that rate you shouldn't be paying more than around $35.00 a day for a mid-size car, and $37.00 a day for a full-size car.

Some places will be more (ie, NY City, etc), but that's the best you'll find.

You can also priceline a car. I do that A LOT.

Best place to go is www.biddingfortravel.com

That's a site where people post what rates they get for various trips they're looking to take / do. You can then get an idea of what you should be bidding at for the time you're going to need the car.

I've won bids as low as $16.00 a day for a full size (both in Vegas and Orlando), and I've lost bids as high as $30.00 a day in Vegas for a full size. It really, really depends on what's going on in town to see what bid price you'll need to win.

Thanks Baccy.

I got $25 a day from Enterprise. I tried priceline, but for some reason bidding is not available in the Cincinnati are.

Enterprise is 1 mile from my house, convient.
