Gavin is one of the hottest pitchers in the majors as of now. The red hot O's may find it a struggle to put up runs against his 1.06 ERA in his last 11 starts. The Sox on the other hand should find their way to make the scoreboard operator work often on Saturday night against Mr. Milwood and his over 8 ERA in his last 11 tries. Hands down this should be a victory for the pale boys.

Trust me tonight the fairy tale ends. Last night IMO the Sox had nothing really special going for them...tonight the pitching matchup is very lopsided.

You see 'this' in most sports when a team gets a new manager, coach or key player is out, etc. There is most always a turnaround before they revert back to their original ways. The problem comes in picking the spots as to when they go back to being themselves. It's like an elongated adrenaline rush.

Personally I have a difficult time finding the spot where the streak ends.....as in last night when it seemed everyone was on the CWS and the Orioles kept the mojo going. I'd rather wait until the O's lose a game and then come back on them in the next game. For example, if Chicago wins tonight, I'll be on the O's tomorrow.

Either way, GL.
