I actually started compiling a list before the season. I didn't really get to look too deep and will definitely be doing more hunting soon but so far I have these guys...

ACE-ACE
WIN BIG (He was killing it last year)
Kevy (I think he did well too)
awmllc2000 (NCAA TOO) He seems to always be doing well and for some odd reason I can't stop staring at his avatar whenever I see it

SEER (I'm pretty sure he did well)

Wildcats29 (He did well early on and he might have gotten cold or started making really large wagers...can't remember)

I'm half of 50 haha

I'm about 99% sure that all of the guys above that I listed were above 50% and higher (all documented). Winbig was at around 70% (also documented).
