Does anyone know why the lines have been reversed today?

I see some places Rays at -124 and then game was off the board and then Rays at + money now...

Heavy hitters?

The only thing I can think of is the pitching change in the game (Sonnanstine for Niemann), but that was announced relatively early last night.
