what the f are we all thinking.....a friend of mine and i have been laughing at the perfect storm thate xists that has kept brennan boesch in the lineup....so many factors play into the fact that there is no spot on the bench to rest this guy for even a day despite the fact that he is going through one of the worst prolonged periods of struggle that ive ever seen.

their team is a mash unit, hes a 6'4 240 lb power hitter, he was a ROY candidate till last month, he protects - or hits around cabrera, magglio is out, they have no bench to speak of, let alone reserve outfielder. they dont wanna screw up his confidence, but his at bats look like he just wants to go back to the bench.....he Ks alot, and when he does, hes in a hurry, usually 3 pitches

anyway, heres hoping we get porcello to show us his A-game, and cabrera hits 5 HR

ok. i wont do the in game thing in ur thread, just an AROD-like cutaway to boeschs at bats......

AT BAT 1- after a 1 out single- 3 pitches again ...called strike, foul, swinging strike....its predictable as clock work.....i just dont get it. is he worried someones gonna take his seat on the bench?

Had there been no runner on first Hill would of made it. He was playing way to close. That was more of an error then a basehit I would say.
