Anyhow I agree with you 100%. But I think the phils are going to have a tough time in the playoffs, these AL west teams have some serious pitching including the bullpen. The phillies pen and lidge are terrible.
I don't understand why Philly doesn't give Contreras a shot at closing. I don't care about who's making how much money, or what the roles were going into the season. The bottom line is winning games, and he couldn't be any worse than Lidge.
