Yankees just had an emotional series with the Redsox, a tough loss yesterday, now flying to Texas no rest, Tex is out, A.J. Burnett with back spasms (reason for his delayed pitching), and Texas (though they did have a long road trip) had a full day of rest and are waiting to show the world that they can compete with the Yankees. Believe me, I always pick my spots to tail or fade the Yankees and this I think is a great spot to fade them.
Not sure if I believe the back spasms excuse with AJ....he was having such problems with his mechanics, pitched a couple of decent games against KC & Indians, then had another bad game vs Jays. I think they skipped him to give him a couple more days more to work things out, also not have to face the Bosox in the spotlight. I am fading him until I see him return to form.
I also think this is great spot for Rangers and like them ML & TT over 5.

AJ had back spasms earlier this year and he got shelled in a game after he came back from a couple days, i believe it was the phillies.
The only, and I mean only reason why I'm not pounding texas tonight is that C.J. Wilson has been pretty unimpressive in his past two starts, especially the seattle start.
