Boston @ Toronto

Boston comes into Toronto after a split in NY with a nice performance from their pitching staff. Bard and Papelbon did a hell of a job. Dice K vs Romero tonight. Dice K comes in with a 3-1 record with a 3.30 Era in last 7 after adjustments were made with getting ahead of hitters. Romero is 3-4 wihta 4.64 Era last 7. Dice K is 3-0 with a 2.18 ERA vs Blue Jays and is holding the expected lineup to about 200. Romero on the other hand has had sometrouble with sox going 1-3 with an 8.27 ERA. His expected lineup has 8 hitters hitting over 333 including the following: Ortiz 6-13, Hall 3-4, VMart 4-11, Drew 5-12, Beltre 2-3, Ellsbury 3-9, Scutaro 1-2, and Lowell 3-9.
The Sox need the series to keep pace with TBay and NYY. They still believe and I expect maximum effort vs a Pitcher they've hit very well in the past. With Ellsbury stealing bases and bullpen pitching well, look for Dice K to have 7-9 Strikeouts. If he gets ahead the big hitters will be waving.

Large Play: Boston Red Sox + 118

Minnesota @ Chicago White Sox

The White Sox just got Bucked, Showalter gave hope to these Orioles and they stole bases, played with no fear and really put it to the Sox. Guillen will have something up his sleave tonight as they face a pivotal matchup vs the Twins dead even in the standings. Baker has had 11 starts on the road and out of 11 he's had only 4 of being of quality including one earlier in the year vs the Chisox. Both teams have won 19 of 30 and playing good ball.
Garcia has allowed 3 Er's or fewer in 8 of 9 starts. His team record is 14-6 at home with 8 of 9 quality starts coming at home. His last 7 starts 6 have been quality. Last 5 at home his ERA is 3.27 going 5-0. His ROI is very high as oddsmakers haven't respected his game fearing a let down, while his ROI at home is 47% and overall 50% all year. So if you bet him all year he would be one of the best pitchers overall to wager on bringing in 11.1 units only behind Medlen, Cahill and Jimenez...

. The oddsmakers open this market at 113 and with 56% wagering on them they are still dropping in price. I disagree with the market and they may be overvaluing the losses to the Orioles. Buck has made this a nice price in my opinion. The Buck stops here!

Large: Chicago White Sox waiting on price as it drops..
