Dan Haren is due for his first win with the Halos, but he has been inconsistent all season. The chalk price for him and the Halos is just ridiculous. I know it's against the Royals, but the team this year are like mosquitos that just wont go away. About a good half of the Royals games they've played this season thus far have been kept close (losing by 1) and against the Halos; the Halos have only beaten the -1.5 four times in 8 meetings so far against the Royals. For a plus run line and plus money, I think this is worth a shot in terms of value, unless I' am missing something here.
Haren hasn't been inconsistent, he gets horrible run support no matter which team he has played for this year. The problem with your play is the Royals have a batting practice pitcher going tonight. I personally leave heavy chalk games alone, so I am not even playing it, but I would take LAA -1.5 before I would take the Royals +1.5. GOOD LUCK THOUGH!!
