Calves are my genetic gift- I'm about 11 percent bodyfat now.... I used to be heavy into bodybuildinG up until 6-7 years ago once I was done playing hoops in division 3 college.... I've always had very muscular hams and calves- my quads took work because I was so lean as a kid.... As a 34 year old adult now.... My biggest challenge is dieting down- I've got a ton of lean mass, just took 4-5 years off from anything close to exercise and got old.... Been back at it and playing hoops for almost a year now...

You sound like me Zeke. I played div 3 hoops also. Strong dude but haven't been back to the gym in a few months now. Pulled the lower part of my trap muscle near my shoulder blade. Hurts like hell.

1 on 1 for $1000 lol. I haven't played ball in about a year. Jumper is probably still there though.

Nice.. 11%.. thats sick Z.. I'm at about 15% and calves was NOT my genetic gift lol.. I still have ur typical LB physique still.. I ve pretty much kept it up after was done football (CFL-Argos n' BC) but shit man, its hard the older we get!
