as long as u DONT use BCCG then ur cards if graded MINT will actually BE MINT.
BCCG is the lower tier of beckett grading and cards graded their consistantly grade out 2 -3 scores lower in REAL holders by PSA or beckett high grade company.
ON A SIDE NOTE
I would like to point out that if u are grading 1 or 2 BIG STAR cards with gem mint possibility beckett may seem the smartest way to go .. Keep in mind that changes if u have mulitple cards of Semi Stars or even Commons in a vintage set that could grade psa 8 or higher. PSA is 100% way to go because there is many more collectors trying to build Master sets in the psa registry than in other registrys... so they will fight Very hard to get high grade cards so they can get an all 8/9/10 PSA set... etc
With that being said pre-war cards should be graded by SGC and neither beckett or psa.. imo because they deal 90% of their market with older vintage and they have the best holder out of any of the top 3.
The last thing is graded packs.. I personally would use GAI first since they specialize in them.. but PSA is the most trusted name in packs due to the weight they carry as top 2 in the market.
Goodluck in your casing.. and post some before and after shots if u wanna keep the thread fun.. it will be interesting to see
