saturday nite game shoulda been 1-1 in the 10th if the hitting % and fielding % held up
david wright cant get runner in from 3rd with 1 out.......and david wright lets a routine grounder go thru his legs with the bases loaded and 1 out......huge swings because 1 all star cant do the basics
not a trend id expect to continue......mets gave up 3 unearned runs out of 4, and stranded a runner at 3rd with zero out.....not things id be handicaping to remian the same

The Mets rank 12th in the NL in scoring at home and on the road, and they've batted just .214 (195-for-913) since the All-Star break.

lefties were hitting around .316 off kendrick PRIOR to his allowing 7 runs in like 4 innings vs the dodgers last time out.....the only left recording an out was james loney, and even his out was a rocket ro right field that the defender made a nice play on.,.....kendric was raked by the usual supect andre etheir, 4-4 and a walk and hbp.........but the non power loaded posednik and jay gibbons (out of majors for 1 year).....gibbons went 3-4 with a HR and 2 singles......
lets see, the mets have switch/lefties reyes,beltran, ike davis, pagan, josh thole, .....and maybe castillo.
then again, if the mets are gonna give up 75% of the games runs on unearned error producing runs, then sure phillie can win
