Stay away bro. Try to borrow from a friend or relative and pay them back a set interest rate. Those loans scam so much money from their customers it is ridiculous. If you have no other choice I would borrow the amount you need and make sure you pay it all off in full your very next paycheck....I have had friends who had crazy problems. Like once they paid it off the company would still draft their checking account and created overdrafts and other bills to bounce. Other instances would include the company basically dodging the customer's attempts to pay off the loan on time so they could gain more interest. I did use one company in my life as an emergency about two years ago and they were legit then and it was cashnetusa. If YOU MUST I would say they are legit, but look into other avenues 1st.

BCE, there's nothing particularly complicated (or even insidious) about the "Payday Advance" businesses, especially those which operate out of state-licensed storefronts (as opposed say to the old guy making you a loan out of the backroom at Vinny's Corner Grocery).

They usually get 10% over 10-14 days and if you fail to repay, they have your signed check which they can file with the local prosecutor as a worthless check. In most jurisdictions, that's a criminal charge.

using pay day loans is a bit like using overdraft protection

it can cover your ass from time to time, but if you make a habit of it you're always going to be broke.....gonna be impossible to get ahead

if there's anyone who knows anything about financial incompetence, it's me

speaking of overdrafting.. that is actually cheaper than doing payday loans

most major banks will let u draw $400 through any atm if u have atleast $10 in your account.

of course u will be charged 29.50$ for the overdraft.. but they dont charge u any more penalty for a week and u can borrow 400$ in a crazy time of need as long as u pay it back a week later. the payday loan places are about like 20$ charge for each 100$ borrowed.. this is only 30$ for the whole 400 so much cheaper.

Some banks charge overdraft fee every day you are over. It's best to check on what your bank does before prescribing to the above method.

If I were you I'd look into getting an advance. Most companies will advance you a little cash especially if its at their own error, interest free.

I would stay far away from the payday advance loans. The fees and interest rates are ridiculously high, especially if you aren't able to pay it all back the next paycheck.

What most people don't realize though it those most of the lenders aren't even legally supposed to be lending money in a lot of states. Let's say you take out a payday loan of $500. Once you have paid back the $500 through either debits or interest you don't have to pay any more than that. You are only required to pay back what you borrowed.

Generally better not to pay a bill than take one of these loans

It's becoming more streamlined across the country for "legitimate" operators. Most will get 10% and the period must be at least one full payroll cycle. That's between eight to 15 days in most cases, though it could stretch up to maybe 20 days.

So yes, the per annum runs between 250-350%

I would gladly pay $20 for a $200 loan just to get me through until pay day rather than overdrafting my checking account or getting my utilities cut off.

utilities wont cut u off if a few weeks behind and most times 2-3 months until cut off. besides utilities would take months to hit a credit report. so if its a utility just let the thing float for a week or two.. sheesh i thought the guy had a serious bill like mortgage.. etc

have fun draining your hot water heater just to flush a couple turds....start going to wal-mart down the road to take your daily dump
