i haven't seen single person who put their money on cubbies today. everyone talks about how good Latos is and how hot SD is...... this will all change today.. as soon as I saw this line last night, I thought this game has disaster written all over for SD bettors. We all saw how good Zambrano was against pathetic Cardinals. I am going to fade everyone here and bet on Cubbies today. They want to avoid 4 game sweep and they will win this game.@)
Can't blame people for not backing Cubs. They have to be one of the hardest teams to cap.
Not sure after Lee being traded that they come out saying....WE HAVE TO AVOID THIS SWEEP. Thats what a team should do, but Cubs may have thrown in the towel on this season a while ago.

Can you tell us, which one of the 162 games, they didn't want to win?
That doesn't mean Chicago doesn't win, but why the fuck would a team that is out of it and traded away their best player (not this year), all of sudden say, you know what guys "We really sucked these first 3 games, but let's go out and win this game."
there is such a small margin between winning and losing. You can't tell me that the cubs are as motivated as San Diego's players to win this game. Does that mean the cubs don't want to win or don't care or that they can't win the game, hell no, but you can't tell me that they have the same motivation or commitment to winning and fundamentals that San Diego has shown this year. Good luck if you play the cubs. San Diego may very well lose the game, but I'll take my chances on the better team, better pitcher, a team that's in a pennant race that's been undervalued and continues to be undervalued. The price is steep for sure, but for me it's SD or no play.
