I have been having someone call my cell phone private for the past 7 months. They would call between 9:30 and 11:00pm on Fridays. Usually one or two calls. I would say hello and they would just listen. There would gaps between Friday calls, usually they would go miss a Friday here and there. This originally started by calling my home phone then seconds later calling my cell. This went on for 3 weeks back in Jan, until they stopped calling my home and just called my cell. I was able to set my phone to forward calls to a special number on Fridays and 2 weeks ago I was able to track the private number. This is someone who knows me for sure. It was a Verizon cell phone number. I have friends who work for the State Troopers, but they told me that they would need to get a subpoena to identify the name/address of the person. Any other ideas? Thanks
If it was private calls the cell phone company can't even see who it was calling.
At least I know they can't at Sprint.
A couple of reasons you may be getting the calls......
How long have you had that number?
Maybe someone had it before you and someone is callin it now, like an ex boyfriend of a girl who had the number previously, and thinking it's still her number and trying to hear who you are/her new bf is.
Or, are you having an affair with someone or talking to another female on the side, even as friends?
If you are it's possible her husband or bf found your number via her cell, bill, or however, and calling on private to see who it is.
That's really about the only 2 reasons anyone would keep calling someone on private for such a long period of time......

I have had the number for 7 years. Also, very few ever have both my landline and cell phone. Both are unlisted. They started calling both the 1st 3 weeks, then just the cell. No affair, no talking on the side. Have a feeling it is my past girlfriend using her sisters phone to call me. I have the number and trying to figure out the voice of the girl on the voice mail. Almost 8 months of this....
Well if you want to Get them in Real Trouble !! Plus you will be able to find out who it is.
You will need to tell your Cell company that you are getting these Harassing calls and you want to Track them. ( you might have to call your Local Police ) I think that is what I did back then.
They tell you that you need X amount of calls within the Month.
After that, the Phone company will hand over the list to the Police and then the Police will arrest them.

As for the phone number thing, there are dozens of oline services that will get the info for you. If you really care enough cough up like 25 bucks and find out.
