I was talking to one of my books today and wanted to make sure I was still good to cash out if/when i felt like it during football season. They told me i had yet to fax in a picture of front/back of a debit card I had deposited with a few months ago ( i haven't made any deposits in quite some time now). I told them #1 the card has expired and #2 i had the card stolen from me when my wallet was stolen in june when i was on a trip. So there is no way i can get the scans to send them for a deposit I made back in the day. They told me I need to get a letter from my bank saying the card was expired/lost and has been replaced.
I mean they clearly know the card has expired since i made the deposit, as you have to give the expiration date when making a deposit. Its not like I can do any type of charge back as the deposit was made months ago. Doesnt this just seem like bull shit in hopes that I wont request a cash out anytime soon?
