"I'm not going," said Damon. There's still some time for him to change his mind, but this sounds pretty final. From a pure baseball prospective, it makes plenty of sense for Damon to return to Boston, but we're sure he has his reasons for being reluctant to do so. By the way, the Tigers enter play Tuesday a distant 10 games out of first in the AL Central and 15 out in the AL Wild Card.
