I'm sure the reason has to do with money, but just because you do away with 2 uselesss preseason games doesn't mean you have to convert them into regular season games bringing the total to 18, which is too many in my opinion....
Fuck yeah they should! I am sick and tired of paying my hard earned cash for season tickets and being force to pay for those fucking games that don't mean shit. I run those tickets through the shredder each year. Fuck those games!

they should just move to a 22 game regular season, it's going to happen eventually anyway. Just add in 4 bye weeks instead of 1 and play the Super Bowl at the end of April.
