This year's reception is at 8PM Pacific Time until 11PM Pacific Time on Friday August 27th in The London Club Room on the second floor overlooking The Casino in The Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino. Signs will be placed on the second floor directing you to The Rx Bash where you will have to check in at a table manned by Rx staff. Please inform someone at the table your poster name and the first name of your guest so we can write you both a name tag.
There will be a raffle at the reception limited to posters only. Posters will be issued one raffle ticket when they check in at the table mentioned above. Prizes will vary from sports DVDs, to envelopes containing lots of cash....
