I wagered on baseball for only the 2nd time this year

3 Team parlay that would have hit if not for the L.A. Angels it appears as they can't even score 1 run.....

Ya gotta love it when all the touts are on one side of a game. And I don't mean BoSox here, haven't seen a single under call yet, but I don't read them all so feel free to correct me. This game has UNDER written all over it, plain and simple. ONE, look at how bad the Rays are batting right now, whiffing .201 against righties. On top of that, Lackey is 7-3 last 10 against them. On the other hand, you have what's left after the Wounded Knee massacre, not batting a hell of a lot better. Granted, Shields probably hasn't pitched against a lot of these guys, but that's a good thing. But look at Boston's last six games: Ya got 5 under and 1 push. Ya know why? They can't score shit with this lineup. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, got a good degree in engineering here but wouldn't need that to add this mess up. I say the pitchers shine on Sunday night instead of the 1) horrendous Ray sticks, and 2) the delapidated Sox lineup. JM2CW.

As of right now, I think Lackey's stuff is sharper than Shield's. Angels had a lot of runners in scoring position but failed to capitalize, and he was facing a putrid Rangers "B" lineup during the day game. Lackey has been better since his bullpen screwed him up in toronto, but he's run into some bad luck in his games. He should've shut out Seattle but a bad hop play extended an inning and he gave up some runs. He was in control of the LA game, but he gave up a 3 run homer that is an out everywhere else except shitty Fenway.

Both lineups suck right now, but there is definite value on Boston tonight and I am seizing it. James Shields call himself Big game James, but I don't recall a clutch peformance from him like Lackey has on his resume.
