try this maybe it will help

Check your SSL settings

  1. At the top of the Firefox windowOn the menu bar
    , click on the
    ToolsFirefoxEdit
    menu, and select
    Options...Preferences...
    .
  2. Select the Advanced panel.
  3. Click the Encryption tab.
  4. Verify that Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 are check marked.
    • If both boxes are check marked, this section does not apply. You can skip to the next section.
    • If both Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 are not check marked, check mark both of them.
  5. Click
    OK
    to close the Options windowClick
    Close
to close the Preferences windowClose the Preferences window
Then try accessing again

Jeff, Thanks for your reply/help, i tried as you said but i can access the site but when i go to login i keep getting SECURE CONNECTION FAILED.
Can't connect securely because SSL protocol has been disabled.
[ error code:ssl_error_ssl disabled ]
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could no tbe verified.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Content tab, click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
  3. Click the Go back one page button to return to the previous page, and then click the Reload current page button to run scripts.
that should get you going
