It's official. And with Arthur Rhodes unavailable Tuesday, it's possible that we could see his major league debut rather quickly. Chapman has been fantastic since being moved to a relief role with the Bats, posting a 2.40 ERA and a ridiculous 49 strikeouts over 30 innings. He's still expected to be developed as a starter down the line, but his heat could be a real weapon down the stretch for the big club.
