They are about to lose an interested client. I can't understand a word these people say on the phone, I've been hung up on once too. I ask on here for help on opening and funding an account and my thread gets closed. I thought this was a forum to help people out?? I apologize for starting another thread, but your response was to contact the book, but the book can barely speak english.... If a online mod could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

killa, simply send an email to support@betjm.com or hermanp@betjm.com and tell him i told you to email, and i guarantee you will get the answers you need...

One thing betjamaica never has an issue with is customer service.....they will help you out.......phones can be tricky, due to accents, but emails have no accent.....

Even the English on BetFair phones can have a hard time understanding
proper {Canadian} English!

But, yeah, using email is the way to go. Then you have whatever they
said in writing also. Unless you want to tape phone conversations.

i've had to communicate a couple times with them via phone and never had a problem

I was on live support with them yesterday and the girl said I was get a 20% bonus before we got disconnected. When I contact them on the phone, they said I was only going to get a 15% bonus. I WAS putting in a $1500 deposit. I told them I wasn't interested any longer.

Today I saw there was a bonus of 20% if you deposit for one of the NFL contests. So now I'll deposit the $300 and get my 20% and I've already taken the rest elsewhere. I have plenty more to deposit, so if they're lucky, I'll throw them a bone if they give me 20%.

BA, 15% is their standard.....the 2nd person you spoke with might not have been aware of the "special" you were taking advantage of.....

As i stated earlier, if u email Hermanp@betjm.com and tell him we sent ya, he will take care of it for you....they are the best around, in accomodating their players.....just give them the chance
