OMT calling for 10 losses in a row by the Padres, gutsy, could happen I guess, 7,8, and 9 happened although Richard is on the mound tomorrow

I'm in college football mode mentally (Padres is more of a fun side thing for me) so best of luck OMT

I knew it. knew De La Rosa was gonna come out and have a melt down on the mound after hitting into that DP. a walk, now base hit 1st and 3rd and his body language is awful.

I won't be playing the game and just be watching as a fan.

As far a my thoughts, Sanchez was excellent against Colorado and Philadelphia in two of his last 3 starts, however, against the Dodgers at home this year, he has a 6.75 ERA, going 5.1 innings, giving up 6 hits, 5 runs, 4 earned runs, 2 home runs, 2 walks, 4 strikeouts, allowed a .300 on 88 pitches. His is also 0-5 against the Dodgers in nine starts. However, this year's start was on 6/30/10 and he is pitching much better now.

Meanwhile, Kuroda has been pitching excellent of late, taking a no hitter into the 8th against Philadelphia in his last outing and has 5 quality starts in a row going 7.0 innings in each start.

All that being said, at this time of year, pennant drive momentum is very real and the Giants can feel it and last night's win was huge, so you never know. Best of luck whatever you decide tonight! :toast:

Yep! However, not sure I agree with this move of taking out De La Rosa with San Diego having 3 more at bats. Hopefully, another hit comes to widen the lead!

I wouldn't like it either if it was any1 else other than Belisle but he has been lights out this year. I just pray they can get 2 solid innings out of him.

Yeah but DeLaRosa at 101 pitches, not sure I'd want him in there much longer. Hopefully this COlorado bullpen can get these last 9 outs and preserve the win for the Rox

Good point. Probably only had maybe 15 pitches left max, so we'll just have to count on the bullpen.

Now that's what I like to see. A quick inning from the bullpen!
