I don't blame them at all. Part of being a good mate is being able to provide support and security. I can understand that the women would not enjoy looking at the bank balance and seeing money being drained.

Yes, not exactly cuz I gamble but there have been days where I would chase sindicates and not be able to leave my apartment - even thought of pissing in a bucket - I remember her wanting me to go with her and her girl friends to brunch on Saturdays so I could hear their bs gossip - they were like 25 and I'm 37 - I was like hell fuck no I'm about to unload the board - of course it did not help that her mother said - he's 35 and single for a reason - because he wants to be - soon after she cut me loose - it hurt - but I continue to fight on - it's very tough to find a girl that will put up with a true gambler - I had one at one point that did - we didn't make it but it was not cuz of gambling
