Last time I used them was about 1.5 months ago. A friend of mine deposited 2K . I referred him and got 1K in freeplay.. talk about a nice referral bonus.
best thing bout their freeplay is there is no ML +max.. so say u want to play a +800 dog (if they offer it. u can bet it).. that is fricken craziness and it puts them MILES ahead of most books (in the freeplay area).
Are far as cashouts go. I have no clue. of course I bet high value dog mls and didnt cash anything out.

I've had two years experience with them. I like their layout and software, lines were fair but you could find a nut here and there. Had very, very few problems reaching them via phone during peak hours. Customer service I had other friends using them that had difficulties understanding (halftimes at the bar most of the time) I advised them to try hanging up and calling back, also them stepping outside of the bar to make the call always was a plus!
