They are called Reputation Levels. They were activated by our technical support person that has been brought on board to help make the site function better, improve appearance and help all the moderators with their questions. He set the current levels and the moderators were given 8,9 or 10 bars. We have been dabling with a few, but Wil has decided to wait for him to give us further guidelines to use. We may make changes following his response.

Also, note the star in the lower left hand corner. If you click on that, it opens a window. Once again, this is a work in progress so don't mind it until we decide how we will proceed for the whole posting body.
