Security Guard Accuses Britney Spears of Sexual Harassment

That's the picture painted of her by a former security guard, who alleges in a sexual harassment lawsuit that the pop star emotionally scarred him by exposing herself, insulting him and threatening to fire him over a Slurpee.

Fernando Flores, hired by the singer in February, is seeking an undisclosed amount for being "humiliated and traumatized" by Spears, whose life has been under the control of her father since a series of breakdowns.

In the Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit, Flores claims Spears "made repeated unwanted sexual advances" and summoned him to her room at her house "for no other purpose or reason than to expose her naked body or near-naked body."

Spears also "engaged in numerous sexual acts" in front of him, during which he would immediately leave, the lawsuit alleges. Spears also engaged in sex acts in the presence of her two young children, Flores claims.

When she wasn't exposing herself to him, she was hurling profanities and insults at him, the suit says.

During an excursion to watch Alice in Wonderland at a Hollywood theater, Spears asked Flores to fetch him a Slurpee. When he told her there was a 15-minute wait, she allegedly snapped, "I want my [expletive] drink! God! I'm gonna fire your ass!"

The security guard claims he was ignored or mocked by his supervisors when he made complaints about her alleged sexual behavior. "You know you liked it," one of his bosses allegedly told him.

An attorney for Flores didn't immediately return a call for comment. A rep for Spears didn't return calls for comment.

Enough already.
Brit should just live off the millions she has left and go back to Tennessee and just live a quiet, private life.

I'm tired of Brit, the Kerdashians, Tiger, LiLo, Paris, and the rest of the limited talented actors, weathy family socialites, etc. etc. etc.

I don't wish them death, I don't wish them ill, I don't wish them bad luck, I wish them all to just go away please.
Preferably quietly and without fanfare.

not to knock anything u said...but 'limited talented'=talentless....exactly what they are...i mean tiger can play golf..i just saw that name at the end...my bad...but the rest don't have a lick of talent...and don't tell me brit can sing...every concert is lip-synched and every song and dance move is written for her...she's like all those boy bands..same old story...some failed musician sells his soul and decides to write half a bag of crap that he knows would sell if only for some salesman to bail his overweight bald ass out and put together a group of good looking young tail(male or female) to play his half bag of crap written off samples and drum machines...i've been in the "music business"(forgive me for even saying that phrase,,,as it doesn't really exist no more) for almost 20 years and been around the world twice..you'd be amazed at what people would do to sniff fame..it's pretty sick..cheers

In that line of business it happens more than not. But your in a no win situation you do it you get fired and if you don't you get fired. If someone ask for a slurpee you better get that bitch a slurpee... Also a no win because when you leave her and she gets mobbed by people you get fired with a slurpee in your hands. Working for crazy people is a tough job no matter what kind of change your making.

X-Rated Britney Spears Pictures Could Bolster Bodyguard's Sexual Harassment Claims

Last September, Britney Spears' ex-bodyguard Fernando Flores filed a sexual harassment suit stating that Spears made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" toward him; a claim Spears has repeatedly denied. But Flores is not going away quietly, and now says he has the pictures to prove it.

According to the London Sun, the former bodyguard is claiming that Spears sent him x-rated photos last April, "exposing herself in a way that she clearly hoped would make him aroused," including "a few where she is naked."

"They are really explicit images that will likely shock and disgust the majority of her fans," a friend of Flores, 29, told the paper. "Fernando can prove the pictures were taken on her cell phone and sent to his mobile."

The recent allegations of suggestive photos could reopen the sexual harassment suit Flores brought up against Spears. At the time the charges were made, a statement on her website read: "This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself," and later, the Department of Children and Family Services "closed the case without further action," citing lack of evidence.

Of course, new photos would be rather strong evidence, although it could be a strategy to get Spears to pay him to keep the photos private. What do you think? Is this blackmail or do you believe Britney Spears sent Fernando Flores x-rated photos of herself?
