I just acquired a pair of Vancouver Canucks season tickets, and I'm struggling trying to sell them. I've tried stubhub, ebay, craigslist, kijiji - but nothing seems to be working and I've only gotten a couple of responses from people trying to grab them below my cost.

Anyone here have any experience selling tickets? I really don't want to end up outside the arena on gameday shouting "Tickets! Tickets! Anyone need tickets?" and the first preseason game starts September 21.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ebay ( Canada ) ??

I would think you should have no problems there. Unless there's a Law of some kind.

Stub hub is very good no worries getting paid. Preseason tickets are pretty much worthless so don't use that to judge how they sell. I have sold alot of tickets on stub hub and always over my cost except the preseason tickets. It also depends on how good your seats are, mine are lower level 12th row on the 45 yard line for the vikings.

Craigslist is your friend. I've never had an experience yet when posting Wings tickets a day or 2 before the game and even on game day that I didn't have 10 calls and almost that many emails. And I used to be one of those guys outside the arena shouting "who needs 2" in the past. Craigslist is the shit.

Bushay, I'm very surprised to hear that the interest would be highest a day or 2 before the game. I feel like the price would go down as it gets closer to gameday.

Thanks for the advice everyone. Yeah, tough to sell preseason games. These ones are premium seats too, so the cost is a lot higher ($140/ticket).
