Will come back to the situation in Buffalo from today.

Why did Mike McCarthy wait :21 seconds to call time out after philly had 4th down and 4 with 1:05 left in the half. Inexcusable.

i've said it a million times........ middle school kids who play madden on ps3 are smarter than the average nfl coach when it clock management (and probably play calling too).

How about Buffalo taking a safety down 3 from their own one yard line with 1:30 left......I'll never understand that one.

They should have gone for it, but if not, at least onsides kick the ball, don't punt it away. They had a choice.

How about Lovie going for it on 4th and 1 with 8 minutes left down 1 and not kicking it.

They got lucky. Not because of the non-so-called catch (which was a TD), but that was an absolute terrible decision by Lovie, still can't believe it.

could add the rams here to this, let 20 seconds run off, but had 2 timeouts. now 16 seconds left, but still got those timeouts lol

I couldn't believe with :40 seconds they didn't use the TO and were left with :18 after the play was over. Unreal.

Agreed.

The NFL is a business and sometimes it's run like a business. Which means the best person (or smartest) isn't always the one that gets the job. Lots of politics in play in naming a Head Coach.

the bears call is the worst so far... i couldn't believe that one. just blows me away that someone gets paid millions every year to make decisions and that is the best option in their minds.
