Now that my time is less because of the hilton and capping my love the NFL...??? has to slow down....the ones that know and been around me...need to help those that dont know...look at it this way.. my time is better spend CAPPING GAMES...some days I wake up with 30 e-mail and 15 PM.....dont burn me out...I love what I do but this is over kill....My birthday is on the 21st of this month...MY wife has plan from Sat/day at 12 noon to sunday at 12 noon est and she wants one thing from me....enjoy and forget about football for 24 hours!!!!

The main thing is try to look threw Ace's forums and find the question to your answers first before asking. Saves Ace a lot of time.

wondering if this stat would be more meaningful if it included % difference in favs vs dogs ? If not, would it make sense to bet on the money line ? :think2:

The stat is exactly for that. When you bet a dog, you should expect to win the game SU. Like Monday night, took KC+5 and the ML +190..

The stat of 17% is spot on. I've been tracking this since 2004 and its always between 16-18% where the spread does not matter, so the average of 17% is perfect!

If a favorite wins, they will also usually cover the spread 83% of times
If a dog covers the spread, they will also usually win SU 83% of times

I always play the ML on dogs when I play them + points, it only makes sense to. Numbers dont lie. However, if its a dog of +1 or +1.5 and if the ML is anywhere from +100-+115, I pass. I will usually play dogs if its +130 or higher.

I like the idea of splitting up the bet. That way if you fall into the unlucky 16%, getting beat by the points doesn't hurt as bad.

Can you explain to me why you would never bet between $801-1999? I sort of noticed this since last season, but never looked into it until you just mentioned it.

I think everyone needs to know this

its a form of money management...action is about a edge....Investments is when more than 2-3 edges come together
many a time I see a game and it could have been a $1200 play...but if the game was not good to be $2000...than its action.
I do this to make Invest a big step up...and it has work for the last 16 years
