I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeee the nats today. Going with Lannan who has been very good of late, even beating ATL last time out in ATL. Been on a roll since then for what he is. Minor has been struggling and seems as he's tiring as the season has gone on. His record seems misleading to me, will take the nats to continue and pick up where they left off last nite. Minors gets into trouble today early and never recovers with the big bats from nattown ready to hit
I think the Nationals and the + 1 1/2 for - 130 is maybe the way for me. Something about that + 1 1/2 from the sixth inning on when teams that strand base runners and it seems at during the most critical point in the game most often that not, (not saying Nationals are worlds worst as any MLB team is guilty) that + 1 1/2 really can give you an edge, especially if the opponenet does not score in a tie game in the last three innings coming down the stretch. But anyhow the Nationals really took it to Atlanta last night and the momentum and lingering effects can only be a positive for Nationals Backers.
after the gem lannan threw i think was the marlins offhand, last time out, and getting it done vs the braves in atlanta, i have no reason to not take a chance. with the line being +175 - even more enticing to pick nats. braves could be deflated after last night and looking ahead as im sure they'll have some better competition coming up...
Lol at look ahead comment- truly hilarious to imagine a team 2 games out of first place with 20 to go witha veteran manager would be overlooking today's opponent.... That simply doesn't happen with 3 weeks to go... They could lose the game but it won't be because they arenlooking ahead.... That's just something u put in your write up to justify a +175 with a shitty pitcher on the mound- yes lannan is shitty- o and they started some rooks and sat their hr leader too- lol
