I could send JAKE T over there to regulate his azz for me, jake ill text you his addy take care of this for me please

We put up a fence at my house a few months back. There was just plywood on our side from whoever put it up previously. The neighbors asked us if we'd like to redo their side. Said sure, talked about cost of putting up new boards on their side. After about a month, they just ripped their side down without saying anything and now they have a new fence (ours). The messed up thing about it is there are spaces in the thing (so when it rains the wood has room to expand) and their kids play in the back yard. So much for my ability to pee back there during the day.

Have the fence constructed. Pay for it yourself. Then file a claim against him in "Small Claims" court. Tell him what you are going to do before, to give him one last chance to pony up the $300. He might do so. If not, that's what court is for. Real simple. Judge would rule in your favor no question.

thats what I did except for the filing small claims... I paid for it waiting for his azz to fork over house for the shared fence

I wanted fences on the sides so we could use the hot tub in private. Didnt need one in the back because we back up to some wooded area. I just paid for them myself because I was the one who wanted them.

My bad. Didn't read your original post completely. Tell him either he pays you or you'll take him to small claims court. Go from there.

Tell him that you will pay the whole cost but that you're going to allow the high school art students to come and paint his side as creatively as they wish.

Two key important Thoughts:

1. You can always pee in your yard; it is a constitutional guarantee.

2. Plant evergreen bushes; work better; last longer; hey; they are green..

3. I can't remember
