I can't remember the exact game, but it was one of my chalk alerts from I think July where they did the exact same thing. Bases loaded and no outs and scored nothing and then bases loaded with one out and nothing. And it was at home.

Vizquel has run them into the ground. first time up runner on third 1 out...he grounds out to third doesnt get the run home. 2nd time up grounds into a double play bases loaded with 1 out to end the inning. 3rd time up Quentin just homered to make it 6-2 than AJ singles to get a rally going with 1 out. What Omar do again? yup you guessed it....inning ending DP.
