That seems really variably to life style, IMO....and useless data !

My electric bill is probably below average, gas ( propane) should be below average.

My water bill could be like 8X of average, like $1,000 a year.... Fucking wife flushes a toilet , 10 times after I take a Shit, and showers her fucking old , flabby ass for half an hour easily .

How is what an previous owner's habits, relevant to to what you do ? Some are a water leak like my first wife, others suck up electricity.

Should I show utility bills ? Water bill will look awful ! Water is bad for waste, not like a leak !

I'm voting yes. Rented a 3 bed 2 bath place where the guy raved about his $50 power bills because of how well insulated the place was. First power bill I got was around $300 with the AC on at about 68. Next month I kept the AC at 70 and got a $220 bill. Wasn't pleased.

Tell them to pound sand.

Seriously, if they ask to sleep with your wife let them in this market. Just be happy they are looking at your house

Have a much larger house now and bills are only about $150 and we keep it at 67 all day.

I called the utility companies before I rented my house. They all gave up the information easily.

Friends and family that are in the real estate and property mgmt business and those companies more than welcome people
calling and asking. Most of them can go back easily one year to two years. They all prefer that type of call as opposed to
the new tenant or owner calling after the fact and requesting re-reads on meters, Etc after they are shocked or surprised
by a potential first bill that they were not expecting.

I wondered why they were so willing to give up the info. Now I know why.

Doug the Slug, if you feel like that about your wife then why don't you just do yourself a favor and leave her? Couldn't utter anything out of my mouth about my wife like that. Your life pal but kind of sound like an ass.

Under 25 years old, AC set less the 70 degrees

Between 25-45 years old 70-75 degrees

Over 45 years old over 75 degrees.

Thats what I've expereinced through life. College, shore houses, vegas with younger people, they like it cold. Normal middle aged family types in the middle. Only people who keep it over 75 are usually old, especially senior citizens.
