and one for ladies. What is the basis for that? What if the
woman is 500 pounds and the guy 100? Is it still 2 for him
and one for her?
Personally i find that i've gone for weeks, maybe months, at
4 a day, with no apparent ill effects. It did eventually take a
toll on my liver, but then i cut back to two for a long time,
with no problems. But the last two days i'm chugging 4 and
5, and feel fine.
