Cable Internet and Phone keep going out..

Every 10-20 mins for up to 30 mins at a time.This has been happening since yesterday.My internet is also running very,very,very slow...I called Time Warner but and she told me that she can see the outages but doesn't know what it is.The earliest a tech can come out is Sunday.So I am just checking to see if anyone here knows a fix for this.I reset the box but nothing.Actually this is the most that I have been able to type without it freezing on me,maybe it has worked itself out..I hope so..

feel yer pain my man...i have had it up to here with time warner...direct tv is getting a call next week....anytime we get shit weather my next move is pulling the cable outta the converter box and waiting for the box to load back up...last was a 25 minute wait...the week b4 was an 1hr ordeal....enuff is enuff already...

Went out again right after that last post,just came back on. No KON ,no rain or inclement weather since the weekend.

same type of shit here.....every day about the same time the internet goes down....when it first started happening it was only been for a few minutes, but here lately it's been going down for several hours....goes down at 2 p.m. just like clockwork

and it's only through the week, no problem on weekends
