Trying to do something way beyond the scope of my intelligence. I wanted to reformat a notebook that had gooten so slow and it would give me something to do. I have Kaspersky's Internet Security installed and i can clear everything but that for some reason. It will not let me uninstall. I had the same problem one time trying to uninstall Computer Associates and it took me about five calls to a tech would almost refused to uninstall. I finally asked to speak to a super visor before i could get him to do it. Months later i discovered he had left the firewall and i still can't get it out.
